Jana Morris, Executive Director was invited for an appearance on Larry Holmes "What the heck were they thinkin"

Recovery Revolution, Inc. was given the opportunity to go television because of the consistent support of Simply Wired. Larry Holmes invited Jana Morris the Executive Director of Recovery Revolution to speak addiction and the type of work Recovery Revolution does on a daily basis. Throughout the taping, Jana discussed many topics that are necessary for parents to know about their teenagers. Ms. Morris reported that many teenagers are getting high from their parent's medicine cabinet due to the high incidence of drugs such as DXM (Cough and Cold Medicine) and addictive prescription drugs such as benzodiaziapines (Valium, Xanex) and opiates (Vicodin, Oxycotin). The Executive Director of Recovery Revolution explained that treatment is more than just getting individuals off drugs which is a symptom of the problem, It's about treating the route of the problem.
